Terms of Service

1. About the service

lapangan.club is software that helps sports venues take court bookings online. We do not own, run, or provide the courts. The rental agreement is between the player and the venue; lapangan.club only provides the system.

2. For players

• You must give a correct name and WhatsApp number so the venue can reach you.
• The slots you choose are held for 15 minutes. If payment is not made in that time, the hold ends and someone else can book the slot.
• Pay the exact amount shown, including the three-digit unique code, to the venue's QRIS. The unique code helps the venue recognise your payment. A payment of a different amount may be delayed or rejected.
• A booking is only certain once the venue confirms the payment. Tapping the paid button only notifies the venue; it is not proof that payment was received.
• Cancellations, refunds, and reschedules follow the venue's policy shown on the venue page and in your booking, such as the cancellation deadline and refund percentage. Refunds are paid by the venue, not by lapangan.club.
• You must not make fake bookings, hold slots excessively, or disrupt the system. We may limit access if the service is abused.

3. For venue owners

• You confirm you are authorised to register the venue and that the information you give (address, opening hours, prices, QRIS, WhatsApp number) is correct, and you will update it when it changes.
• You are responsible for the QRIS you set up, for checking that a payment has actually arrived before confirming a booking, and for settling refunds under your own policy.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and PIN secret, and for everything done through your account and staff.
• You must honour the bookings you confirm and treat player data under the Privacy Policy and applicable law. Player data may be used only to manage bookings, not for promotional messages without the player's consent.
• Logos, names, and other content you upload must be yours or you must have the right to use them, and must not break the law or anyone's rights.

4. Plans and fees

The Free and Pro plans, the court limit, the price per court per month, and the Pro trial period are shown in the pricing section of the home page. Plan fees are paid by the venue to lapangan.club, separately from the rental money players pay to the venue. We may change prices for a later period with reasonable notice. When a Pro subscription ends, the venue returns to the Free plan limit and Pro features may be turned off.

5. Payments

lapangan.club does not hold rental money. A player's payment goes straight from the player to the venue's account through QRIS. Disputes about payment, price, or refunds must therefore be settled between the player and the venue. We can help trace booking records if asked.

6. Availability

We work to keep the service running well, but we do not promise it will be free of interruptions or errors, or that the schedule shown is always the most current. The service may stop for a while for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control, such as network problems or outages at third-party providers or Google.

7. Intellectual property

The lapangan.club name, logo, design, and software belong to us. You must not copy, decompile, or use them to build a competing service. Content you upload stays yours; you give us a limited licence to store and display it so the service works.

8. Prohibited use

• Accessing accounts, data, or systems without permission, or trying to bypass security or sign-in limits.
• Sending harmful code, bots, or bulk requests that burden the service.
• Using the service for fraud, or for anything that breaks Indonesian law.
• Scraping player or venue data in bulk.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other users at risk. Venue owners may stop at any time by contacting us; their data is then handled under the Privacy Policy.

10. Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is. lapangan.club is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, or anything arising from the acts of a venue or player, the condition of a court, injury while playing, a payment sent to the wrong place, or a cancellation by a venue. Our total liability to a venue owner is limited to the plan fees paid in the last three months. These terms do not remove rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date of the latest update is at the top of the page. By continuing to use the service after a change takes effect, you accept it. For significant changes we will give reasonable notice.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. We prefer to settle disputes by discussion first. If that fails, disputes go to the competent district court in Indonesia.
